On Saturday the 20th, a few of us went to the Balcon de Europa Car Club meeting, this meeting included cars from 6 different clubs with a total of 108 vehicles,
Stan & Irene Brine, Ray & Carol Holland, Ken & Linda Baker and myself with Tony Hawke, we went Saturday with Gethin and a few more from the club coming Sunday morning, the event was very good starting from the caves, then a tour of Maro, then into Nerja for another tour around, a stop on the beach for light refreshments the back into Nerja, some of the cars were parked on the Balcon itself including mine, Stans & Gethins, then it was back to the caves for lunch and the prize presentation, Stan & Irene won best car & dress combination, the Panther won best car of the event! So we had a good day & a good result for the club.
